According to Texas law, every patient must have a treatment plan during their inpatient psychiatric hospitalization (see [[http://txrules.elaws.us/rule/title25_chapter411_sec.411.471|here]]). 

  - Go to the treatment plan tab on the row where there is an Orders and Results tabs in the patient's chart.
  - Some people don't have  treatment plan tab and you can click "treatment plans" on the left bar.
  - If you do not see the treatment plan tab, then click the three dots at the end of the tabs. 
  - Click the MD section to click the treatment plan and left click the selection and then right click to "stick" the template into the document. 
  - Sign that section.
