I cannot sign notes that say:
1.Psychiatric
- Prozac 20mg qd.
Instead write
# MDD recurrent moderate
- Prozac 20mg daily due to multiple
Please update the problem list.
If we are seeing a patient for suicidal ideation put that as a problem.
If we are seeing a patient for agitation put that as a problem.
