Inpatient Psychiatry Wiki

According to Texas law, every patient must have a treatment plan during their inpatient psychiatric hospitalization (see here).

1. Go to the treatment plan tab on the row where there is an Orders and Results tabs in the patient's chart.
2. Some people don't have treatment plan tab and you can click “treatment plans” on the left bar.
3. If you do not see the treatment plan tab, then click the three dots at the end of the tabs.
4. Click the MD section to click the treatment plan and left click the selection and then right click to “stick” the template into the document.
5. Sign that section.
